We have a NO return or refund policy.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please ensure you immediately contact us if there are any issues with the product following any relevant images for proof of the damages and/or issues. 

Exchanges

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged product, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically shipped with the products replacement in well condition within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange, please contact us at admin@handofhamsa.com.
